World Cuisines

Cooking is a continue process of preparing food by many different cooking techniques such as baking, boiling, steaming, frying, roasting, and even smoking and microwaving of selected, measured and/or mixed ingredients in some ordered procedure.

But, all these process envolve many methods, tools and combinations of ingredients, which alter the flavor of food. However, according to the place, ingredients, tools, ambient conditions, customs and culture, this rule could barely change resulting a variability of the same food but with different flavours.

So that, our worldwide culinary diversification reflects our differences among flavors, textures, consistencies, appearances, and nutritional properties.
