       Earl Grey tea: black tea blended with oil extracted from the rind of the bergamot orange.

   Edamame: fresh soybeans in Japanese.

   Efo: name used for different things like cassava, sorrel, mustard, collards, chard, and turnip; all of them greens.

   Egg piercer: tool used to make a little pierce in the bottom of the egg for preventing its crack.

   Elderberry: blackish-purple berries used to make jams, jellies, pies, and wine.

   Emulsion: mixture of two unblendable substances.

   Enriched flour: natural flour added of nutrients.

   Epazote: used both as leaf vegetable and as herb, giving the food its aromatic flavor preventing flatulence.

   Epicure: gourmet especialized in the knowledge of food and wine.

   Extracts: in solid, liquid or jelly state, flavorings made from foods or plants.

     Extrawurst: juicy, textured and well flavoured sausage used in mixed salads.
