Cooks and Books and Corks
We create cooking events for groups from 2-34* which include instruction and hands-on involvement in the preparation, the meal served with wine, and recipes to take with you so you can recreate them at home. All of this, plus the key ingredient of fun led by Chef DJ and Chef Kent, in the fabulous kitchen perched high on Howell Mountain overlooking Napa Valley.
Cooks and Books and Corks is our labor of love. We have been evolving for fourteen years and truly love what we do. Food is our passion and in classes and private events, quality is first and foremost. With great discretion we choose ingredients based on quality and seasonality. The same criteria hold true for our wine selections. We are blessed to have the opportunity to work together in an endeavor that we so enjoy.
