Middlesex County College (Hotel, Restaurant and Institution Management)
The program is designed to develop the entering student for a middle management or management trainee position. Students select a major in Hotel/Motel Management or Restaurant/Foodservice Management.
The Associate Degree in Dietetic Technology, which prepares students for a career as a Dietetic Technician, was added as the demand for this position grew along with the health care industry. This program is a model program as prescribed by the American Dietetic Association.
The Culinary Arts Certificate and Culinary Arts Management programs were created in response to the growth of fine dining in luxury hotels, country clubs, and independent restaurants in the area.
