Luchentos Cooking Lessons
Executive Chef Thomas Luchento Jr., a graduate of the Academy of Culinary Arts, demonstrates proper cooking techniques, procedures, terminology, sanitary cutting skills, purchasing of food and easier methods of preparation. Some of the foods demonstrated and prepared are the following:
Pasta — Sauces — Soups — Poultry — Salad Dressings — Seafood — Desserts
All food prepared will be consumed by the students. The object of the class is to have students be able to recreate at home the dishes they see demonstrated in the class.
Classes are held on Mondays at Luchento's, from September through early June. Whether or not a class is held on any given Monday is dependent on the number of students enrolled for that date.
This is a casual and friendly atmosphere where students inquiries are encouraged!
