All evening and afternoon single session classes now begin with a half hour Artisanal Welcome Reception, featuring sparkling wine, fondue, gougeres hors d'oeuvres & more! Come mingle, relax and enjoy the ease and elegance of Artisanal before your class. Our cheese classes are led by our internationally-renowned cheese experts and fromagers and a cavalcade of special guest instructors from the cheese world and beyond.
