Bethune Cookman College (Department of Hospitality Management)

The Department of Hospitality Management offers a degree program leading to the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management. Students must take an equal balance of lodging, food, and tourism courses, in addition to other School of Business courses. Two internships are required to give you “real-world” experience, help you test your career goals, and increase your competitive position with employers. Walt Disney World, Marriott, Starwood, Hilton, and Sodexho are just a few of the companies that offer internships to our students in the Hospitality Management Program.

Bethune-Cookman University has a national reputation for the successful integration of technology and education through computer labs, multi-media lecture halls, and a state-of-the-art customized training facility. Students also may participate in field trips, including the International Study Tour, which gives our future hospitality managers professional exposure to the Caribbean, Africa, Europe, and Asia.
