Bristol Community College (Culinary Arts Program)

The Culinary Arts program prepares the student for employment in the food service/hospitality industry. The classes focus on a variety of practical skills necessary to compete in today’s foodservice business as well as the theoretical knowledge to enable our graduates to stand in the forefront of the industry.

Students requiring developmental courses in math, reading, or English should complete those course prior to enrolling in any culinary courses.

Students graduating from area high schools and vocational-technical centers who participate in the College Tech-Prep program and maintain a grade of B or better and have the recommendation of their Culinary Arts instructor will be able to obtain credit for certain introductory level Culinary courses depending upon the articulation agreements between their school and Bristol Community College.
