Chef Aliza's Cooking Classes

Chef Aliza's Cooking Classes feature demonstrations are given by chefs of well-known restaurants in the Dade-Broward area, caterers, nutritionists, and food consultants. They teach a wide range of cooking classes from basic cooking, ethnic cuisines, easy menus, to baking and desserts. We offer cooking classes for all ages from children 5 years and up, teenagers and adults of all ages.
Events and cooking classes are scheduled in the mornings, as well as in the evenings and are in the majority 2-1/2 hours long. During each class, the student gets a full set of written recipes, an ample taste of all dishes prepared together with refreshments, and ideas on presentation and substitution of ingredients.
We emphasize during each class the techniques of cooking, giving the student tools to be more creative in the kitchen. When appropriate, wine tasting is offered. Please refer to our current Calendar of Events for a wonderful variety of classes. Personalized cooking instruction at your home, as well as, demonstrations at your club or church, are also available in English and in Spanish.
