Class and Event Operation: We offer new classes and events each three month season, year ‘round. Two types of classes are offered, Demonstration and Hands-On. All classes are Demonstration type classes unless they are called Hands-On in the name of the class. Hands-On classes are only held Weekend mornings, and feature personal one-on-one instruction with food supplied for each of the dishes. Our Demonstration classes are different and superior to most classes of this type in the Chicago area. Each class is taught by a different chef, and questions and comments from the class being held until the end of each dish Demonstration. The class is seated theatre-style and observes the one-on-one Demonstration of each dish by the chef, to our host or hostess, under a mirror system. This enables each dish to be taught without interruption. Cell phones and beepers are not permitted in the class unless they are turned off or placed on vibration. Recipe sheets are provided to all class attendees. It is recommended to bring to bring a clipboard to class.
