Culinary Communion

Groups of between 10 and 40 guests come together for Team Buildings, Celebrations, Trainings, Retreats, Meetings, and Private Events to:

* Celebrate the achievement of important milestones
* Raise morale and experience new camaraderie
* Strengthen the cohesiveness of a team
* Reward employees for a job well done
* Thank partners, business associates, and clients

We take a hands-on, personal approach to creating a program that fits the personality of your group. We design engaging cooking classes around your objective, be it pure entertainment or a constructive team building effort.

The experience allows everyone, from the novice to the experienced home cook, to participate comfortably, according to their previous culinary experience.

Your package is customizable and could look something like this:

* Welcome beverages on arrival
* Aprons, recipe cards, and notebooks are distributed to each individual (customized aprons available upon request)
* New techniques, ingredients, and tools are presented for learning and innovation
* Chefs provide a full description of activities, kitchen tour, menus, ingredients, skills to be learned and expectations for cooking class
* Hands-on cooking and preparation of the meal begins
* Group sits down to share a restaurant quality gourmet meal
* Average class time of 3 hours of learning and 1 hour for the meal
* Wide range of non-alcoholic beverages available as well as wine paring
