Culinary Underground

The Culinary Underground School of Cookery, located in Southborough, MA, offers cooking classes that focus on skills building for home chefs. Whether you are interested in a series of classes to hone your techniques or a one-day class on honing your knives, our classes are the place to begin.

We offer Series classes for students who want to build basic and build on skills already mastered. The Very Basics Series is designed for Beginners; the Beyond Basics Series offers more advanced techniques to intermediate students. If you are not sure of your skill level, please give us a call; we'll help you find the appropriate class. If you are interested in a particular technique or subject, or don't care to commit to a series, we offer many Individual classes in cooking and baking. Please note that many of the series components can be taken as individual classes.

Current cooking classes are listed in chronological order and include information on dates, times, tuition, class size, and skill level, as well as a brief class description. Selecting a highlighted date from the calendar on the right-hand side of the page will show classes scheduled on that date.
