Foodies

Foodies classes are designed to be both entertaining and informative for cooks of all ages and skill levels. Whether you are an experienced cook or just getting started in the kitchen, we can help you improve your skills or overcome your fears.

Foodies has the only purpose built teaching kitchen in the Roanoke Valley designed exclusively with the home cook in mind. All of our classes focus on cooking from scratch, using fresh ingredients and time tested culinary techniques.

In addition to our single session classes, we also offer a 10 week Essential Series designed for students interested in developing a solid foundation of cooking knowledge and classical techniques. Our next cycle of Essential Series classes will run from January 15th through April 1st, 2008.
