Gourmet Retreats at Casa Lana

Gourmet Retreats at CasaLana offers a variety of options in classes making it easier to fit a class into your schedule. Classes range in length from 5 hours to 5 full days and are geared to avid home cooks and food enthusiasts. The hands-on cooking classes are taught in CasaLana’s professionally equipped kitchen and enrollment is limited to 8 participants. The small, intimate class size provides students personalized attention and one-on-one instruction. All classes include printed recipe handouts and a generous sampling or meal of the food prepared served with wine/beverage. Knives, tools and equipment are provided.
