Welcome to adult classes

We have been doing adult classes for Goodall Hospitals community outreach program. We have covered Heart health and diabetes.

We have done corporate wellness programs for employees. Most recent Tom's of Maine in Sanford.

Adult classes are designed to be healthy, yet delicious. With increase in cardiovascular diseases and diabetes we have to watch what we are consuming. Words like partially hydrogenated oil, high fructose corn syrup are very common in processed food. However they represent an increase in a lot of disease processes.

We focus on cooking with raw ingredients to avoid the added fat and sugar thst are present in some commercial processed products.

Come join us for some fun nights. Where you can meet other people, even build friendships.

You can book your own night. All it takes is 8 friends. Or join us for our Wednesday night class. We also have theme night on fridays.
