The Culinary Arts program is designed to help the student achieve the highest culinary arts skills, while assisting each one to achieving his or her individual goals, both in and out of the classroom.

Recognized by the American Culinary Federation, this program provides a working knowledge of culinary arts for each individual in this major. It also allows a student to enhance his or her knowledge in the practical presentation of simple foods, terminologies and techniques. Also taught is the preparation of food categories such as sauces, salads, baked products, meats, poultries, vegetables, and many others. At the same time, a student will gain hands-on experience, while preparing the different categories of food in the school dining services.
