We offer week-long and weekend class packages with a hotel stay, full-participation classes, demonstrations, group classes, and teambuilding.

The Week End classes are being held in Jane’s own kitchen at her home, located in the heart of Corrales, a village along the Rio Grande on the edge of Albuquerque.
