Lee County High Technical Center Central (Commercial Foods and Culinary Arts)

Learn what it takes to become a cook or chef. The program encompasses specialized classroom and practical experiences concerned with preparation and cooking of a variety of foods, such as meats, soups, salads, vegetables, desserts, breads, and other bakery products for retail distribution or for consumption in commercial food establishments.

A student may complete the entire program or choose to exit at any of the following occupational completion points.
