Louisiana Culinary Institute

The Louisiana Culinary Institute is accredited by the Council on Occupational Education, and is a member of the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). Graduates receive a diploma in Professional Cooking and Culinary Arts and are certified in Sanitation, Presenting Service, Professional Cooking, and Nutrition by the NRAEF.
