Metropolitan Community College (Hospitality Management)

This program leads to an Associate in Applied Science degree with three options: Chef Apprenticeship, Hotel and Lodging, and Food and Beverage.

It provides an overview of the various departmental functions, the position of the industries in the American economic system, and the functions and limitations of those types of establishments. Students must be accepted
into the program by both MCC and Johnson County Community College.
The student is awarded the degree from JCCC upon successful completion of all requirements.
Program courses and credit hours are subject to change because of requirement changes at the degree-granting institution. It is the student’s responsibility to check with an MCC counselor or advisor before enrollment.
