Mise En Place Cooking School

mise en place was founded as a recreational cooking school devoted to the those who love to cook and entertain and have a desire for lifelong learning. We believe in continual growth and the pursuit of your passions. Sharing that experience with others only makes it that much more enjoyable! We don't offer degrees or certifications. We also don't offer "series" classes which require you to commit to several days/evenings. In today's hectic life, trying to coordinate multiple classes to accommodate a schedule we have set up, is just too much to ask of our students. So feel free to buy a gift certificate for yourself, thereby getting a discount on multiple classes, and then pick and choose classes in the upcoming year that match your interests and schedule. The gift certificate is valid for one year and there is no need to sign up for all the classes at once. We add chefs/classes on a weekly basis so keep checking back and sign up when you're ready!

We would like to inspire you to open the heart of your home to your family and friends.
mise en place features the finest kitchen equipment from Wolf and Sub-Zero and we use only the freshest ingredients. We have gathered the finest Executive Chefs and Sommeliers to make the experience both educational and fun!
We provide classes for the novice through the "closet wanna be chef" so gather a friend or come make new ones who share your enthusiasm for food and wine!
