The curriculum was designed in cooperation with Napa Valley Chefs to focus on the high standards of performance and special skills needed to work in fine restaurants. If your goal is to become a professional chef and work in fine restaurants, you owe it to yourself to visit our school. Compare our reasonable tuition and visit our friendly staff at our beautiful wine country campus in St. Helena, California.

Food and Wine Enthusiast Program

The Napa Valley Cooking School also sponsors one to four day Gourmet Food and Wine Experiences instructed by some of the top chefs in the nation. A new selection of activities is offered each season ( Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer). Activities are normally held in the Cooking School kitchen on evenings or weekends. These activities are open to the general public and no previous culinary experience is required to participate.
