Pinellas Technical Education Center-Clearwater (Commercial Foods and Culinary Arts)

Our Culinary Arts Program has prepared students for careers as future chefs over the past 40 years. It is designed to train students to function professionally in the hospitality industry, including all fundamentals of safety and sanitation, courses in dining room operations, nutrition, quantity cooking and baking, and supervision and management. The program is accredited by the American Culinary Federations Foundations Accrediting Commission (ACFFAC) and graduate students who can demonstrate one year of employment in the food service industry may apply to the American Culinary Federation (ACF) to become Certified Culinarians.
