Purdue University-Main Campus (Food Science)
The Purdue University Cooperative Extension Service is sponsoring a workshop on "Starting a Community Kitchen". The one day workshop will be held in Indianapolis, Crown Point, Fort Wayne, Madison, and Vincennes.
The workshop topics will include sanitation requirements, the costs of starting a kitchen, staffing considerations, liability issues and facility inspections.
