Ruby Chard Cooking Classes

Our goal is to teach skills for a lifetime of healthy cooking. In each class we challenge students—from the novice to the most experienced—to experience new foods as we introduce them to approachable culinary techniques. They leave with the confidence to adapt and repeat our recipes at home.
Ruby Chard started as a specialty catering company in 1996. From the beginning we offered cooking and baking classes. These classes allowed us to share our knowledge and love of good food with our customers. After seven terrific years in business, we decided to devote ourselves full-time to teaching.
