Sullivan County Community College (Culinary Arts Program)

DESCRIPTION
The Associate in Occupational Science degree in Culinary Arts prepares the student for entry level work in the culinary field as an ACF Certified Cook and offers the student an alternative, vocational degree track. The emphasis in the professional courses is on the theory, practice and hands-on work in culinary arts. The additional opportunity to explore the chosen field will be done through an internship course.
