he program prepares students for entry level employment as bakers and cooks. Knowledge and skills include salad bar preparation, waiter/waitress and cooking skills for restaurants, institutions, and other food service operations. The program length is 1,440 clock hours. The following occupations and length of instruction included in the program are:
