ll classes are prepaid. You may pay by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, or Discover.
You should know that:
* All cooking classes include a generous tasting of prepared recipes, so bring your appetite.
* Participants receive copies of recipes prepared and usually additional recipes are included.
* Depending on size of class and participation, some classes may end a little early or run a little over.
* Hands-on classes are limited to 8-10 participants.
* Exact menus and ingredients are subject to availability. We strive to always use the finest ingredients but sometimes are forced to change recipes.
