The Cooking Cottage at Cedar Spring Farms

The Cooking Cottage is ready to welcome you as we begin our 16th season!

Our summer has been busy gathering new recipes, ideas
and techniques to share. Once again, we are concentrating on fresh, local ingredients, while striving to include healthier recipes into our class menus. Of course there are special occasion menus too.

Culinary adventures this season will include our three day get away to The Hudson River Valley, a new day trip to The French Culinary Institute and the Greenmarket at Union Square. Also our popular holiday gourmet food tour in NYC, which has been updated this year to include Chelsea Market! We are also using a new bus company – as we experienced some mechanical issues last season! Spring 2008 will take us to Sicily! Author, Sharon Sanders, is busy at work helping us to plan a wonderful trip to southeastern Sicily – Sharon will be teaching two classes in October with a Sicilian theme!
