With 30 weeks of hands-on cooking, studying wine, developing menus, exploring culinary trends, and other learning to complement a Hospitality Management Degree, you’ll become a better manager of cooks, chefs, and other foodservice industry professionals.

Professional Wine Studies offer a comprehensive selection of wine courses, as well as two levels of professional wine certification for industry professionals.
