The Farm Restaurant and School of Cooking




A Culinary Weekend is a hands-on course for the experienced and inexperienced cook. Included, each participant invites one guest to the Friday evening champagne and hors d'oeuvre reception at 7:30 p.m., Saturday breakfast, lunch, the six-course dinner with wine package and Sunday, before departure, a full service breakfast.

Saturday breakfast begins at 9:00 a.m., class will be held from 9:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. Students and their guest will return at 7:30 p.m. to enjoy the six-course dinner prepared by the students under the direction of Master Chef Gabriel.

Accomodations are not included but are available at local hotels, motels, or bed & breakfast inns.

The course fee is $300.00 per student, due upon registration. Students may order their own Farm Restaurant logoed Chef's Coat for an additional $30.00 each to be available upon arrival.
