The French Pastry School offers the rare opportunity to learn the art of pastry in an intimate setting, being personally mentored by Chefs Jacquy Pfeiffer, Sebastien Canonne, MOF, John Kraus, Bob Hartwig, Sebastien Thieffine and Laura Ragano.
