Two Kitchens

When you have guests over, where does everyone end up? No matter how hard you try to move people to the living room, dining room, or deck you'll find the group in the kitchen. So as long as everyone is gathered around, why not show off new skills and recipes!

Our school approaches the cooking experience from beginning to end. We offer classes that span the entire entertainment spectrum: from planning - using “make ahead” tips, to preparing - utilizing professional “short cuts”, to the final course - when your family and guests sing your culinary praises! We'll help you prepare meals that feature a range of cooking styles: informal, elegant, quick and easy, traditional, American and international cuisines, all in a relaxed and fun environment. In addition, you will learn how to showcase your meal in the most attractive manner.

Sounds like work? Not at all! Our kitchen is comfortable, friendly and fun! It's the gathering place, just like your home.

Take a moment and look at our class schedule. You'll see everything from Essentials classes such as knife skills and how to prepare stocks and sauces to international cuisines. There are classes for the junior chefs, as well as tailgating classes to get ready for football season. We have book signings, tablescape lessons and guest chefs for your enjoyment.
