Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College (Dietary Manager)

The Dietary Manager program will train you for a management position–beyond the level of dietary assistant–working with food supplies, kitchen equipment, food production, and nutrition aspects of food service. You will complete your occupational experience in a hospital or nursing home dietary setting. As a dietary manager, you will be a member of the dietetic team under the supervision of a registered dietitian.
