During the summer at Redoubt Bay Lodge, our kitchen is small and open to the diners in the main lodge. You are welcome to sit at the counter and watch your chef prepare your dinner. Our chefs are masters at their craft and enjoy talking with guests as they prepare delicious lodge meals.
