Young Chefs Academy - Solon

Our kid-friendly kitchen classrooms will provide a real setting so that our students can use what they learn in their own homes. The 90 minute, once a week cooking sessions are designed to familiarize children with diverse foods. The classes are based on monthly themes that will reflect different cuisines, the science of cooking, and/or seasonal and holiday themes. YCA classes stress safety in the kitchen first, and learning basic cooking skills such as how to read a recipe, follow directions and work with different types of ingredients.
