Young Chefs Academy - Waco

The new owners of the Young Chefs Academy of Waco are Sarah and Jack Shaw. They purchased the original Young Chefs Academy from Julie Burleson and Suzy Nettles, the founders of YCA, in August 2006. Jack and Sarah settled in Waco after graduating from Baylor University six years ago. Jack has been working in the field of finance and Sarah has been teaching the second grade. They both come from large families and have a great love for children and cooking. They are also very happy to have Julie and Suzy so close during this transition and in the future.
