Many chefs do not use recipes, but they create them!

Most of the courses cover the principal aspects in the Culinary Industry, starting with basics programs until the students have learned enough to take them into the Industry.

But, according to the school the Course Subjects could change and be distributed by different levels and specialties (baking, confectionery, pastry, etc.) Also, the evaluation process is set by written exams, both practical and/or theoretical. Generally, depending on the specialization and focus of study after initial training, the courses vary offering the following: Moreover to the basic course requirements, all students are required to complete an internship as part of their course credits, all this allows them to learn most of their food preparation and production skills.
