International Baker Associate's

During 2 years you will be prepared for Management in Pastry Chefs, Hospitality and Baker. The classes include principles of production and presentation of pastry theory giving you the advantage for the best jobs in fashion neighbourhood, spas, resorts cruise ships, and hotels. According to the BLS is necessary the professional education.

Students will learn necessary courses like: nutrition, confectionery design, business management, dessert menu creation and pastry presentation.

The most important is the practical work experience, for that the student will learn all about: Business Management, Creation of Cakes, Breads, Pastries and Biscuits, Specialty Desserts, Basic Finance, Ingredient Selection, and Kitchen Tools.
