This program will provides you the enough experience to work in a traditional or specialty bakery shop, or into a large manufacturer of baked goods.

Your learning will be based on experience and techniques about baking being able to work in different baking and pastry settings or your own business.

During the program, you will learn basics in introduction to baking, nutrition, standards and regulations in sanitation and health, decoration, and food preparation.

Also, you will learn how to be a successful thinking about entertaining techniques, food service, teamwork, professionalism, as same as, preparation, pricing, production, and presentation.
