This program enquires all the culinary works and jobs inside a commercial kitchen or a restaurant, besides for many food establishments serving different types of food is necessary someone who moves from station to station to attend quickly.

The students are prepared for many options in the field of cooking in different functions within the kitchen staff and working with Head Chefs, Station Chefs, or Apprentices.

So as to train the students in any kitchen procedures, some required courses are: Cooking terms, Team building, Customer service, Principles of baking and cooking, etc.

Some skills acquired by the students are: group and team work, baking, communication, cooking, business, customer service; allowing them to pursue careers as Hosts, Head Waiters, or Kitchen Helper.
