Egyptian dish

  Egyptian cuisine comes from the very ancient times, but nowadays it goes from the native traditional to the international delicacies.

  As principal ingredients, they use bread in their known form called Pitta; and fava beans which could be use whether boiled or mashed with vegetables and spices. They are also known by their very strong flavors based on garlic and onions, variety of vegetables, levels of spic, and fresh ingredients such as Molokhiyya, which is a green leafy summer vegetable.

  Their main dishes are Ful Medames, Kushari, etc. which are accompanied by rice and bread.
