Zimbabwe Cuisine
Zimbabwean cuisine mostly depends on staple foods and the mealie meal, which is known also as cornmeal and it is used to prepare Bota and Sadza dishes. These both are traditional for breakfast, and the second one for dinner and lunch.
Among their most used ingredients, they have peanut butter, milk, butter, jam; vegetables such as spinach, collard greens, grapes, and beans; curdled milk known as lacto (mikaka wakakora); rice, and chicken.
