Mexican dish

  Mexican food is well known for its intense flavor, colorful decoration, and varied of spices. Lately, consider as one of the greatest cuisines in the world, Mexican cuisine has been hardly influenced by French, Peruvian, and Chinese cuisine.

  Nowadays, as in the Aztecan times, maize, chillies and herbs, beans, chocolate, vanilla, avocado, guava, papaya, pineapple, squash, sweet potato, peanut, fish, turkey and tomatoes were the base of food; but today, rice, beef, pork, chicken, wine, garlic and onions are equally important. This combination produced the favourite food from Mexico, the Quesadillas, which are used to join most of the dishes with cheese, chillies, vegetables and any meat.

  Some of their typical dishes are consomme, Guacamole, Jicama, Lentejas, lentil beans, Refried beans, Nopalitos, Pambazos, Pico de gallo, Albóndigas, Arroz con camarones, Arroz con pollo, barbacoa, birria, Bistec a la Mexicana, bistec picado, burrito, chiles en nogada, chile relleno, chilorio, chilpachole de jaiva, chimichangas, fritadas de camarón, gorditas, mancha manteles, menudo, pollo rostizado, polvorones, etc.

  And some of their typical desserts are Jamoncillos, Cajeta, Capirotada, Carlota de limón, Coyotas, Empanadas, Flan, Pastel de tres leches, Alegrías, Dulce de leche, and many more.
