Nepalese dish

  Nepalese cuisine has a big cultural diversity which gave an infinite number of cuisines according to their ethnic groups and their geographical features.

  Most of their dishes are quick to cook and good to eat due to its high level nutrition and taste. Among their principal ingredients, they rather use spices and flavorings like ginger, garlic, coriander, pepper, cumin, chillies, cilantro, mustard oil, ghee and occasionally yak butter.

  The most staple dish is the Dahl baht with rice and lentil soup, which is eaten twice a day. Some other dishes are Gundrook- Dedo, Alu Tama, Vegetable Pulao, Masu, Vegetable Thukpa, Chatamari, etc.
