Thai dish

  Thai cuisine or Thai cuisine is mainly popular for its balance of five fundamental flavors: hot, sour, sweet, salty and bitter. Beside, Thai food has been influenced by the North, Northeast, Central and South of Asia; where each cuisine shares some ingredients in their curries such as coconut milk, fresh turmeric and lime juice.

  Basically, among their principal ingredients they have fresh herbs; shrimp paste and fish sauce; rice, as influence from China; kaffir lime leaves; some spices like garlic, galangal, lemon grass, turmeric and/or fingerroot, Thai eggplants, tamarind, palm and coconut sugars, and basically coconut milk; and some others include broccoli, cilantro, coriander roots, curry pastes, curry powder, dark soy sauce, dried shrimp, five star powder, yard-long beans, oyster sauce, Thai pepper, tapioca flour, etc.
