Oceania cuisine is very vary, as so its ecological regions that include Micronesia, Fiji, Polynesia, New Zealand, New Guinea, Australia, the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu, and New Caledonia; and so as a island continent.

Most of its dishes are based on seafood, fresh fruit, nuts, fresh vegetables and game meat.
