   Egg piercer: tool used to make a little pierce in the bottom of the egg for preventing its crack.

   Elderberry: blackish-purple berries used to make jams, jellies, pies, and wine.

   Emulsion: mixture of two unblendable substances.

   Enriched flour: natural flour added of nutrients.

   Epazote: used both as leaf vegetable and as herb, giving the food its aromatic flavor preventing flatulence.

   Epicure: gourmet especialized in the knowledge of food and wine.

   Extracts: in solid, liquid or jelly state, flavorings made from foods or plants.

     Extrawurst: juicy, textured and well flavoured sausage used in mixed salads.
