  Somalian cuisine varies according to the region; some may be form by exotic mixtures and influences of Somali, Ethiopia, Yemeni, Persia, Turkey, India and Italia.

  Their cuisine is rich in spices, including cardamom, clove, saffron, anise and coriander; and their dishes are served according to the season products, such as rice, vegetables, meat stews, salads and pasta. Most dishes are served with halal and anjero, which is flat bread made out of sorghum.
